We request a minimum 24-hour notice for cancellations. You can call or text (986) 497-7223. Grooming appointments that are not cancelled within 24 hours will be charged full price for no-call, no-show, last-minute cancellations.

No-Shows and last-minute cancellations are subject to the full price of the booked service, per pet. Credit/Debit card on file is required for all bookings.  We understand there may be emergency situations; we will take this into consideration and will try to work with you, but not on a repeated basis. Please understand and be respectful of our time as we are a by-appointment business and another client could have taken your booking if we had known sooner.

We are a Dog Grooming service, however we are located in K9 Mountain Resorts and they have bit more flexibility for scheduling boarding, but are quite often full. We charge based on several factors. For example:

BREEDS: Every dog breed has specific grooming protocols. Dogs that need regular grooming that are not sticking to a schedule can be more difficult and therefore cost more. Even within BREEDS, there can be unique issues to deal with. The more familiar we are with your dog, the more efficient we can groom and keep costs to a minimal.

DOG SIZE: In general, small dogs will cost less than large dogs.

GROOMING FREQUENCY: The more regularly your dog is groomed, the easier it gets and the less each groom will cost.

DOG AGE AND TEMPERAMENT: How comfortable a dog is to work with can determine the cost of grooming. Young dogs versus older dogs also impact the grooming. The more we get to know your dog and work with it, the better grooming experience for all concerned.

Our Grooming Rates vary with each dog and range from $125 to $200+
